Poor Cubs... if they don't figure out this whole hitting thing the drought is going to continue. I thought baseball was going to offset the fucking shitty football weekend and it managed to for one night but now I am again. 10/19/2016 8:30:04 AM |

Yeah damn Cubs. I don't want to see this damn Dodgers team in the WS. I've been hoping for that Indians-Cubs WS since last month. Hope the Cubs bats wake up tonight. Make Urias will buckle under the playoff pressure. 10/19/2016 5:42:15 PM |

Mission complete they need to win tonight so they are left having to take 1/2 from the two pitchers who dominated them. 10/20/2016 8:31:25 AM |

Yeah tonight is pretty much a must win for the Cubs too. Lester against Maeda is a big advantage for Chicago. Lose tonight and watch Kershaw dissect them in game 6. 10/20/2016 9:05:39 PM |

The Indians are getting fucked by Hirschbeck tonight. All borderline calls so far going Cubs way. Then Bryant took strike three down the pipe and got ball four. 10/28/2016 9:23:17 PM |

Beyond the obvious historical storylines, a couple more tidbits that could make this one of the more historic game 7s. Kluber with a chance to win games 1, 4, and 7 and etch his name among the greatest postseason performances ever. Cubs trying to complete a remarkable comeback from down 3-1 including the last two on the road.
Couldn't ask for anything better as a baseball fan than this. Well maybe if it was in Wrigley, but still pretty damn awesome.

Maddon going to be second-guessed forever if they lose. Took Hendricks out with 60 pitches on full rest. Put Lester in the middle of a dirty inning. Pitched Chapman last night when game wasn't really in doubt. 11/2/2016 11:20:48 PM |

Hey, the cubs were doing just fine before we pitched you We think too much and that's an issue but we're okay Hey, you tell your fans it was nice to meet them But I don't think you'll ever see them again
I know it breaks your heart Moved to the city in a curse breaking year And four games, no calls Now you're looking shitty in the 8th with 2 outs And I IIIII can't stop No, I IIIII can't stop
So cubbies put your closer in the backseat of your bullpen That I know we can't afford Bite that tattoo on his shoulder Pull the banner right off the corner Of the stadium that you stole From the people back in chi-town We ain't ever getting breaking this curse 11/2/2016 11:22:05 PM |

Irony of this maybe going to extra innings is both managers will have to go deep into their bullpens where, based on this series, they don't trust most of them. 11/2/2016 11:26:19 PM |
