that guy wasn't linderman. in the sneak preview for the next episode, the narration says linderman will be revealed, and he is briefly shown looking away from the camera. he has white hair, looks kind of old.

And this was the best episode yet. The history introduced and the way they totally fucked up bennet/claire's life....while it sucks, makes for an awesome story.

And I haven't seen the preview for next week, but if simone really is alive, that is some lame ass shit. Kill off more shitty characters, please.

Well, she was standing there with a bullet hole in her saying "You wanna shoot me again?!" I guess there's the slight chance this could be some kind of character hallucination or a dream. But wasn't she in Peter's vision of the future where he blows up? It sort of stands to precedent that she'll be around at least that long.

I was really afraid Mr. Bennet was going to die. Every episode he becomes my favorite character more and more.

Last night he was badass. Thinking in Japanese, getting Parkman to shoot Claire. Always trying to help his family.

Last night was deep on so many levels. Had me and my girl locked in. Put the son to sleep and we actually discussed the issues during the break.

Was hoping Eric Roberts character was Linderman, but I def believe it isn't per the narration for next week's episode. I do hope Roberts character come back, I enjoyed him.

Bennet def got mad props for that episode...I wanted hate him, but I can't anymore...

The Haitain...glad he talked more

Alot of people don't like Peter's character...I love it. I like his impetuousness, his incomplete and irrational thinking, and I think they can do alot different story lines with him. Hope he does not die in season one. I would like to see him and Nathan flying together for some "super moment"

Sylar got to her. Remember Hiro returns to regular time and loses his power and takes the bus to meet Ando at the Burnt Toast Diner where Charlie is still dead, murdered by Sylar. Hiro puts the paper crane on the shelf with the memorial to Charlie.

Claire may be away from her family for a while, but I doubt the show will forget her.

This was episode 17, so there are only five more left in this season. There's NO WAY NBC cancels their new hit show after one season.

Simone standing and talking was a SHOCK. I didn't think she had powers, but now I'm looking forward to finding out next week. While Peter and Simone may have been boring before, they're starting to get pretty interesting now, especially Peter being able to use powers even when he's not around the people who had them originally. I know you guys recognized the Deveaux Building rooftop where Hiro's father gave Claire to Mr. Bennet. Gets me to thinking that Simone has an ability.

I don't think brown haired guy who was above Mr. Bennet was Petrelli's dad. Petrelli's dad was in Congress. I dunno that he'd have time to oversee someone like Bennet. I've been wrong before though.

There is a good possibility Simone has a power. Why not, she might be like Eden and just undercover to keep close eyes on certain Heroes. She also supposedly "sells" Issiacs painting to Linderman, so there is a chance she has indirect contact to him and working for him. We have also been questioning the fact that she is pictured with all the Heroes all season long. Except for Suresh she was the only other non-hero shown, however there is a chance Mohinder has an ability because his sister had one too.

So where do you think the Haitain is taking Claire?

Yes, there is still a chance Suresh has a power. Good that it hasn't shown itself if he has one since he's rolling with Sylar.

Simone definitely works with Linderman dealing in art. Definitely wouldn't be surprising to find out she works for him and has been keeping an eye on these people.

Remember the first few episodes where Simone's father talks about having dreams about Peter flying and saying something like everything will be OK. Simone's father may have had an ability, and that's how peter is able to have his dreams. That would also mean Simone probably has a power.

We don't know how much memory the Haitian erased, but I'm going to guess it's enough to protect Mr. Bennet from knowing that he helped them escaped. All Mr. Bennet will know is that he was shot and his mind wiped - makes for a good alibi when you have employers that are willing to kill you.

That episode was so great btw. All the characters were perfect. After what we saw with Ted, I can see how Peter is still going to have his hands full when he picks up Ted's power. It seems like the power always wants to run wild, so you have to struggle to contain it. Moments of anger/fear/panic loosen your grasp on it.

Great stuff. It almost disturbs me how excited (in a g-rated way) I get when this show comes on.
