Those were two very different stories about this alleged 'incident' at the preschool.

I am withholding judgment until we hear some more info about it.

edit: With the amount of lying on the stand I've seen in this trial, I think I'm automatically going to assume everyone is lying about everything.

edit 2: The second woman who testified said she had Alice Stubbs as an attorney. Did the first one also mention Ms. Stubbs?
Alice Stubbs is same woman that Nancy hired for the divorce proceedings, yes?
It is also the same woman who Nancy's family hired for their "emergency" custody hearing.

I am beginning to see a link here.

Yea, I noticed the mention of Alice Stubbs as well. I didn't hear the first lady mention her, but I didn't see her entire testimony... Does seem a little odd that she would report over seeing an argument between other people to her lawyer...Maybe she knew that Nancey had also hired her.

If you read the WRAL article from yesterday, the headline and first paragraph look bad -- something about soil samples from the area where her body was found match samples taken from Brad's running shoes.


...then you read the second paragraph, where they ress up and state the exact opposite.

Stubbs was the attorney that Nancy had been speaking to about the divorce as far as I can remember



Her name was mentioned during the testimony of the woman who I pointed out for perjuring herself on the stand a few pages back - the one who wrote an email to another stepford wives club member about aligning their affidavits and then lied about it after being read a line directly from the email itself.
