That just became my facebook/myspace/anything picture for the rest of my life. That was the best thing I've ever witnessed in person (I was in Okinawa in 2006).

ncsuftw1, nothing was on the jumbotron against us. i think they were just showing leafs highlights from the game. no derogatory comments against the canes were up there though.

Sweden that is on the NHL.com highlights too and the announcer said something along the lines of those two enjoyed that. That's just amazing. I'm quite jealous and next year once I'm out of school I plan on doing some kind of road trip to some games like you are doing.

I woke up at 7 AM laying on my made hotel bed with my feet dangling into the floor still wearing my winter clothes and jersey. Other than that I don't really have a damn clue. Vulcan I am all for it. Next year I'll be game for going up to Montreal to see it. I know that the company I'm going to work for has a site in way upstate New York in Ticonderoga which is 2 hours from Montreal and if I ever relocate there, I'm going to every 'Canes game there. I think if they ever have a road trip on a holiday weekend again like this next season, I am definitely game for going up there (or anywhere really) to watch the 'Canes in an out of market game.

I've wanted to see games in Ottawa/Vancouver myself. Montreal I bet would be pretty awesome though. Was up in NYC a few years ago when the Rangers had a home game against the Devils but my gf at the time wasn't interested in that

I've been to a Devils v. Rangers game during Gomez's rookie year which he scored a hat trick. Exciting game. I used to go to games at Nassau Coliseum back when the 'Canes weren't in existence and I was up in New York for the holidays. That stadium is awful and I'm just hoping that the NHL rigs the lottery and doesn't allow the Islanders to ruin Tavares.

But I too would love to go to Vancouver for a game. I want to do one really bad throughout Canada as I think it'd be amazing.

If Samsonov 1-times his shot, it's in. He had to gather it first, which gave Fleury enough time to recover. I think we're probably worse on the 5 on 3 percentage wise than the 5 on 4, which is mind boggling.
