I had to go to wild wing cafe for lunch cause I misbehaved at my second preferred wing spot.

Asheville Pizza and Brewing Company has good wings.

And a bit out the way, but the Sierra Nevada plant taproom has incredible wings. Not sure what this type of cut this is called, but they were so damn good.
