he handles the ball ridiculously well for his size, can make the midrange jumper and is a beast in the paint. I know there are players ranked above him, but I still think hes the best I've seen.

he's definitely close. he does almost everything well, he's quick, very strong, extremely athletic, and plays with serious intensity (from the utube HihHlighT videos i've seen)

^^^No I've seen multiple reports that Wiggins beat him in their one head-to-head match-up and had his way with him. It's one game so I'm not sure I'd take too much from it, but I think most analysts agree Wiggins is the clear #1 overall player in this class.

I'm not as worried about UK for Randle, and now even less so with Wiggins and Johnson re-classified.

I'm more worried about Florida and/or the home school Texas for Randle.

^^have you watched the highlights? they hardly even guarded each other

randal had like 15 to wiggins 28 but randal fouled out that game.

in every highlight they showed randal scored on wiggins at will except for once. i know they are just highlights but they both seem to be very dominant players at their positions.

wiggins is long, very quick with the ball and freaky athletic where as randal is huge, deceptively quick with the basketball and freaky athletic as well.

if you had both of those cats on your team it would be so damn nasty

Randle's problem is that he thinks he's Lebron when he's not. In AAU/high school games at least, he dominates the ball too much at the deficit of his team. If he reigns that in enough for college he'll be as good as the guys ranked above him.

Wiggins is definitely a badass, he just seems like a lot of bigtime recruits that have come out recently, lean and athletic.

Randle has more size than Wiggins but is just as athletic. Normally when you see a 6'9" recruit he plods around in the paint. Randle handles the ball in the open court like a SG but plays like a PF in the paint.

I'm not saying one is better than another, because they play different positions, but Randle is freakishly athletic for his size. I would shit my paints if he came to State.

Not sure if I believe that. Wiggins is supposed to be the best highschooler since Lebron. Better than Durant, better than Melo. Durant and Melo were clearly the best players in college basketball from the moment they played their first games. Wiggins will likely dominate in similar fashion as a freshman.

^^While I don't think Oden was as dominant and draft order can also be impacted by team needs, I don't think you can judge solely on numbers. He played in the Big 10 where a 63-58 game is a high scoring shootout.
