Yeah you gotta remember theirs the whole concept of promotion and relegation in european sports and all different levels of play. This teams could be like A ball in the minor leagues or something.

Looked it up, they are in the 4th spanish league, so there are 3 levels of competition above them. That said they appear to be in the upper echelon of the 4th league.
