Its Sayid's passport and if you keep clicking shannon's seat it will get clearer.

i bet the plane (flight 815) got hit by another plane (flight 777) and its survivors are on the other side of the island but we haven't seen them yet. plus there is apparently a crater on the island. maybe a dormant volcano or UFO crash. this is just from messing around on that seating chart website.

EDIT: my bad i forgot michelle rodriguez was going to be on the show no and she was on the same plane as these people. so maybe the other side people are survivors of the same crash. plus someone said that when Boone used that transmitter in the crashed plane, the people on the other end said they were the survivors of 815 or something like that. i need to download that episode.

How many LOST characters does it take to change a light bulb?

1. None- Jack says to wait for a suitable donor and do a filament transplant.
2. None- you don’t need light bulbs, just get Locke to bang on the hatch.
3. None- just get Jack to pound on the bulb’s chest every time it burns out.
4. Just one, but Sawyer won’t give them the ladder- or the bulb.
5. One- get Shannon to stand on the ladder and wait for everything to revolve around her.
6. One, but it takes a whole season to explain why it went out.
7. Two- Kate to negotiate the bulb from Sawyer and Jack to change it.
8. Three- two to torture it and one to kiss it, only to find out it has no more filaments.
9. Two- Shannon, and whoever she tricks into doing it for her.
10. Two- Boone to change the bulb and Locke to give him the proper motivation.
11. Two, but Jack couldn’t change it in time because he had to save Boone.
12. Two- Locke to send Boone up the ladder, and Boone to fall and break his neck.
13. Two- Charlie to change it and someone else to fix what he messed up.
14. One- just Jack. Everyone else is too helpless to do it.
15. Forty-eight- Jack to change the bulb and everyone else to stand around helplessly and ask him to do it.
16. Two- Jack to change the bulb, and Kate to say she’s coming with him.
17. Two- Walt to conjure up a poorly animated light bulb and someone else to change it.
18. Two- one to change the bulb, and Arzt to make sure they don’t blow up.
19. Four- one to blow up and the other three to carry the new bulbs back.
20. Two- one to change the bulb and the other to go find a light socket and electrical outlet in somebody’s luggage.
21. One- after Sun finds a light bulb tree.
22. One, but they have to wait for Jack and Locke to decide who gets to change it.
23. One- get Claire- she’s good at changing things.
