i'd have given the first and not the second as well probably, but i also would have given a pk for cahill's challenge in the first half. the second pk did look like contact, although not too much. i've seen pks given for less. glad i don't have to ref.

Chelsea's Back 4 are suspect, they got complacent and thats why they conceded two PK's and Chicharito's equaliser.

Cahills challenge in the first should have been a fk the challenge started outside the penalty area, but should have been a free kick. Webb should have given ManU players some cards for Dissent, especially after that BS free kick on the Ivanovic-Evra Challenge (not the booking but the one a minute before that) I think it was Wellbeck that slammed the ball down.
