I mean, if he's announcing next Wednesday, I would have to assume he's already made up his mind (i would think), so why even bother releasing a shortened list?

Anyway, I'll wait until it's official. And regardless of what he does, I'll probably follow his games, he's an elite talent and seems like a good kid.

^^Well, OU apparently got the boot too and I think Texas is only still on there because he has to finish out high school in Texas. If you're comparing our 8 losses with who we have coming in vs. Kentuckys losses and who they have coming in it's not even comparable. No disrespect to Cat and Kyle and Beejay, of course. That being said, I understand this hasn't been confirmed and it could be complete bs. I highly doubt it though.

^^ Not that I agree with it, but I have been thinking the past couple weeks about whether CJL's poor play might affect Randle's decision since our main selling point (besides Purvis)...was that he would take over CJL's role as a face up forward.

Definitely didn't help.

Meh. Kansas and Kentucky have great recruiting classes and solid rosters set for next year. Our lineup has a massive, gaping hole at the center position. Anybody who thinks Anya, Washington or Vandy can fill that role effectively is deluding themselves. If Randle came to State, he would be stuck guarding the other team's best post player and battling all game for defensive rebounds. He would likely be getting in foul trouble early and often because we don't have anyone else to bang down low. Not the best way to showcase your talents.
