thats bullshit though, it always depends as the line fluctuates, i made plenty of bets on the line in sportsbooks in Vegas a couple months ago that had even odds, ie I bet $100 on the favorite or the dog, and if I win I get $200 back

obviously the line fluctuates, but -110 is BY FAR the most common line, hence that number being considered the break even pt. this challenge is keeping things simple so you assume -110.

for every even bet, obviously there is a -120 bet, so it average out at -110

Alright...let's go. Players from last year have until Sunday night to state that they want back in this season. Wait list may commence to fill spots. Haven't decided yet how many total players. if we want to simplify this, i wouldn't be opposed to doing 5 games a week instead of 10, no wildcards, just the marquee matchups so there are no spread shenanigans and each pick would count more

but i'm down for the old format too, just saying if the interest seems to be waning, it might be easier if we all have the same games and there arent as many
