K. I nearly set my apartment on fire, as I am a dumbass.

Now, however, I know how to cook with oil properly and how not to throw batter into 600 degree oil. The smoke is now almost entirely gone from my apartment and I have some decent looking hushpuppies and a nice skillet of cornbread.

I am gonna have to throw a lot of this out, though. This was just a trial run for tuesday's BBQ.

Eating all this crap is gonna make me sick, too. Oh well, I hope everybody likes it comes tuesday. <3
