No the police failed at killing/capturing the suspect last night so now they are holding the community captive while they violate everyone's constitutional rights.

You realize that pretty much every person being stopped on the street has a similar description... a description that is similar to a bombing suspect believed to be in the area?

It's not like thousands of cops are up there randomly and just stopping people for the fun of it. They've said stay in your home for now due to this search. If you want to come outside dressed like the suspect, you can expect to be legally stopped and termporarily detained.
