3 Reasons I Hate the Carolina Hurricanes

1. Ever since my mom became a fan, her default expression of athletic exuberance has been, "Who let the dogs out, woo woo woo." Those of you who have met my mom will find this appropriately disturbing.
2. Same said mother was hit in the head by a hockey puck at a game.
3. The bitterness that the first successful sports franchise was, predictably, a game imported by imports themselves. Fucking Lebatt Blue.

I deleted someone from Facebook once. The aftermath was rather traumatic. Ever since then, you could piss on my dog and kick my mother and I still probably wouldn't delete you.

a guy and his wife (2 people i went to HS with) are married and uber-Christian. they both update their status probably 10 times a day with Jesus this and Jesus that. it got old - and i felt bad deleting them since they were all into Jesus and stuff. so i just hid them from my News Feed

if you block someone and they have some of the same facebook friends as you, you will never be able to see the blocked person's post on your friends' wall, photo comments, etc. it will essentially be like they do not have facebook.
if you see them tagged in someone else's photo, it will show as them being tagged but you can't click on their name to their facebook page.
they will also never be able to see your posts or comments on a friend's wall or photos...so essentially to them it will be like you do not have facebook.
if you are friends w/ the person before the block, it will delete them from your friends list.

hiding them just keeps them out of your feed.
