^Spencer is taller than I thought. I knew Williams was tall, but always thought Spencer was just average height with great speed. Just looked it up, and saw that he's 6'3. With his speed/seperation ability, he might make it to the NFL one day (assuming he's learned how to catch).

That said, we have to have some of the biggest WR’s in the NCAA

SWC said last night they are handing out white shirts to students and red shirts to everybody else on game night, along with red towels for students and white towels for alumni.


at first i didn't like the idea but this might look cool.

plus the "BEAT CAROLINA" shirts are re-usable for another few games this year

^^if that's the case, that could actually be pretty cool with the white crowd waving red towels while the red crowd waves white towels. I'm glad they realized they'll have to give out free stuff to make this work. Good Lord I'm so excited... the next two weeks at work are going to be torture.

One more thing, how about a quick, informal poll regarding Sept. 4th:

Been with current employer for almost 1.5 years. Somewhat rigid corporate atmosphere, but boss is pretty cool. Everyone knows you're a huge state fan and you're going to the game Thurs. night. Running low on vacation days. After the late night victory celebration, what do you do about the inevitable hangover and sleep deprivation for Friday the 4th?

a) play it safe and request a vacation day
b) take chances by calling in saying you feel terrible and leave it at that
c) take chances by calling in saying you "got food poisoning from someone's tailgate food" or some BS like that
d) drag your sorry ass in looking like shit (and possibly smelling like alcohol) and wait for them to send you home out of pity

If any of you are thinking of suggesting: e) just take it a little easy and make it through work on Friday, then you shut your dirty mouth.

deandre should have a huge year. i got a real good feelin about Wolff, Byrd, and Smith (assuming Byrd and Smith don't redshirt). Hopefully Byers and George both improved as well.
