Yeha the heads were redone, looks like im gonna need some new valves though to go with my new rockers. Pulling the heads beats pulling the motor.

Damn I just sold my last set of "c" heads 3 weeks ago. Did the roller tip quit rolling? I had real good luck with my harland sharps on the olds

I was speaking of the stock motor from 71 or 72 or so, 8.5 is a little low, even though it is an old big block

Trw "2131"flat tops and all Olds heads are the same CC so its prolly 10.25-10.5

i thought it had been proven the 2323F's actually came out to around 9.7

Youll win that race. Ive all but given up on Oldmobiles and ROP for the moment. Perhaps in a year or 2. I really want to do a full on race/street full cage kinda thing but Im thinking it will be big Chevy powered. Or Ill just watch everybody else spend a fortune on their mess instead. Im getting cheap in my old age
