No it's not a 'college message board.' In fact they go out of their way [for obvious reasons] to say it has no affiliation with the University. It is primarily made up of college kids and graduates of NCSU (with obvious others like woodfoot or mytwocents or losthokie that didn't go here) but it's not a 'college board'.

Actually they used to give away free memberships to students at Meredith and Peace, but someone complained that Shaw and other local colleges were being discrimated against. The owners changed the policy and basically said TWW was a message board for NCSU students. That's why only NCSU email address can join for free now.
