did some triceps today

man i tell yah, i ran the treadmills at the hotel in aruba, damn talk about 2005 and shit. these were some good ones. go up to speed 12 and shit. much better compared to the ones in the gym i goto

triceps are like 65 percent of the mass in your upper arms

biceps make up half the visible arm, and draw people's attention quicker than triceps do.

people that work biceps alone usually have no back definition to speak of.

i work my triceps too, usually with chest and shoulders...sometimes with biceps

i use to do deltoids, triceps and chest but that was too much for one day

then i use to do a day of arms but usually that would fuck up my chest day

most back exercises work the biceps as well, such as rowing and chin movements. if you have any energy left over to work biceps afterwards, you didn't hit the back worth shit.

I do front and middle deltoids on my chest/triceps day when I'm cutting. When I'm bulking, shoulders and arms get their own day together.

my training regiment is very odd.

Today I focused on lower back but I always split time w/ my bi's...

Barbell Rows

Barbell Curl

One Arm Dumbell Row

Seated Dumbell Curl

Sum Deadlift

Preacher curl

All sets of 4.

you work your biceps in with your back, not afterwards. You'd see a lot better results if you dropped all that curling bullshit and started your workout with the deadlift and other heavy compound movements.

well i dont do "mainly" triceps. i do 2 tricep/chest machines. and tricep/shoulder and other machines that work triceps along with other muscles.

i focus on different muscles each day.

not only a certain muscle, but i work it

does working one major muscle a day help more than alternating like upper body one day (chest, shoulders, biceps, traps, triceps) then lower body the next?

hell i dont really know. i just do:

monday-biceps
tuesday-triceps
wedn-back or chest
thursday-back or chest.

if i can get to the gym on the weekends (usually i do) then ill work my legs, but i run every day so that i guess is my leg workout. but the workouts arent only biceps, the machines to other parts also. ive been doing this for quite a while now and it seems to work pretty well.

i just need to keep up with my weights, i dont take a notebook, ive been meaning to.

but im open to other styles of lifting. i use to do back and biceps and chest and triceps alternating days. but i ended up in the gym for near 2 hours. i just spend no more than an hour in there and get 15 mins (or 1.5-2.0 miles, whichever comes first) running. then like 5-6 different machines/workouts. then i GTFO
