Yeah i really don't think it's christian. Maybe Kit is just pissed off at Christian and jumps to conclusions too fast and arrests him. I mean the evidence can point to him because he was pissed off that the girl lied but so would the real carver.

Costa is def the Carver.

When that girl faked her attack, Costa and Christian operated on her. Costa prob switched Liz's bottle of anesthetic (sp?) with the paralyzing stuff he uses as the Carver, that's how she was paralyzed but could feel during operation. Remember later Liz says the bottle magically disappears.

Costa was also in the room when Christian blew up @ the girl for bringing her attorney and accusing them of malpractice. Then he goes and kills the girl, and frames Christian for the murder (and for being the Carver) knowing it would be easy because he witnessed Christian's anger towards the girl.

If Christian is gone, Costa could become a full partner. Which is what he wants and Christian is the one who was against Sean bringing Costa to the practice in the first place.

these are too obvious and blatant for him to not be the carver

time periods, mannerisms, and body type all add up to costa being the carver

if it's not costa, it's someone we haven't met

i think its one of those cases where the writers really do want us to think its one guy when its really another. i agree that the signs are there, it seems like the carver is costa. im still waiting for the surprise, hoping that its not something so easily guessed.

At the end of the last season we saw Christian get attacked. That wasn't a dream - in 'the reality of the show' it happened to him so it would not make sense for him to be the carver. Having him accused is something to just up the plot.
