HAHAHA so stretching really is a good thing?
every morning when i get up, i take a broom and hold it in front of me using both hands then... fuck, thats hard to explain. oh well. plus i sit there and grab my feet/touch my toes.

stretching is a great thing to do. it trains your muscles to know their limitations of movement, and as a result you are less likely to be injured in the event of an accident. it's better to stretch after exercise than it is before so that you're not stretching a cold muscle though. 9/22/2006 5:51:00 PM |
