It truly takes someone as dumb as a herb lover to think that lavin was good. He was fired for the same reasons as herb -- his teams were making the same fucking mistakes, he couldnt get over the hump, and he didn't get better.

UCLA got smart, fired his ass, and hired a better coach. Look what happened? NC runner up this year, and they will be even better next year. I know it's hard for you to understand how you can do better by firing a coach who is going nowhere and getting one with better potential.

Gillispie, marshall, creen all have better potential to do better.

If we wanted to get a "safe" coach who would keep us in the middle, we would have fucking kept herb
