I believe I often catch "The fax machine noise" from a couple data talk groups on the viper system which shares the same frequency as other normal APCO-25 voice talk groups. So, when monitoring traffic here you will pick up these data only communications if searching for new TG's.

Specifically : MOSCAD-MIRS on TG 7472 & MOSCAD-GSA 28752

^ Found out the problem...they changed the IP addy/port...

Change Step 2 to look like this:

2) Run TeamSpeak and after it starts up select:
Connection->Quick Connect. A box will pop up that
will look like this:

Fill in the server blank with the above server address.
Put anything non-obscene in for a temporary nickname for the moment.
Leave the username & password blanks empty.
Click "Connect".

Quote :
"If you are having an issue connecting to our TeamSpeak live scanner feeds, this could be one of two reasons ... Read this entire post as its been updated:

1. We have recently changed the port number at the end of the TeamSpeak Server Address from 8767 to 8768, so in the CONNECT screen, be sure that last digit is an "8".

2. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have also been forced to make Listener registration once again a pre-requirement in order to connect to our TeamSpeak Server. Self-registration is no longer an option, and you will need to request that a registered account be created for you by our Support Team. To request that a registration be entered for our server, click on the "Contact Us" link on the main menu at left, and submit a support ticket there with your desired Login name and Password. Then a support staff team member will get you registered and entered into the system so you can connect, and enjoy listening to our many live scanner feeds from around the country and around teh world. Don't wait and miss the action... register now! And yes, as always, it's still FREE!

This is a result from a continued attack on our server. Our staff here at IBN is commited to making sure that everyone has access to the great line up of Free Online police and emergency service feeds from across the world."

^not really...at one time Durham was in discussions to host their own stream (there are a few cities out there that do) but nothing ever materialized...there is one stream (from above)
http://home.nc.rr.com/exithere/ncscanner.htm
that has some of Durham but his radio is scanning too many other agencies to actually be able to monitor just Durham...
