^I'd put up a WTB list on TFW2005, or someplace like that. You're more likely to get a good price. That and the website has a feedback forum, so people are held accountable to some regard.

I got a Micromasters Superion at the Big Lots on Glenwood for $12 (all the $4 figures marked down to $2 each). It's pretty cool...I'm a sucker for gestalts, be they small, KOs, whatever.

There wasn't a whole set at Glenwood, just three of the figures. I know I've seen enough for a whole set at the Western Blvd. and New Bern Ave. stores, but they're all still priced at $4 a figure. Less than you'd pay on eBay, I suppose, but a little steep for Micromasters.

Well, I would except for the fact that the Decepticons in this line have been extremely disappointing to me. I mean, it ultimately came down to the last 2 in the line (for now) being original Decepticon sculpts. I'm not gonna spend my money on a repaint unless it's one I really like. Anyway, I'm still of the old school where the Stunticons were the only automobile Decepticons. There are a few exceptions, but some things I just can't accept. Shockwave being a repainted RX-8? No... not for me. Rumors still persist that Takara/Tomy is working on a group of fighter planes which would be of the same caliber of the Alternators, but nothing concrete has materialized yet.

^^ Starscream is out, jump on him soon if you like him, he sold like shit in Japan and places like http://www.bigbadtoystore.com just got their last shipments.

A Skywarp repaint/slight remold is planned as MP-06 in September.

Oh and also, Alternators/BT Swindle is pretty much G1 accurate in regards to your standards. They gave him a new head and grille and he's yellow, just like in the old days.

yeah those pictures were odd to see so soon, considering they were gonna put alternators on "hiatus" after ravage and rumble. Though as easy as that repaint is, it would be some quick $bling for hasbro.

After resisting for months, I finally got Classics Mirage today.

The reviews are right; he doesn't look nearly as spindly in person as he does in pictures.

Cool figure, though the transformation is a little disappointing.

also, i saw the movie protoform figures...i don't really have any interest in robots that turn into rocks, but the paint was really cool and they look WAY better than any of the pictures
