Nym, how do you feel about Manuel? As a Sox fan, I found his management subpar, but not awful. He kind of got the reputation of a guy who just sits there... He was a big reason that Ozzie's hiring made a big splash in Chicago. Ozzie is a guy who's going to be outlandish, Manuel just seems to sit there with a thumb up his butt.

With that being said, kind of interesting to see him get into it with the umps a few days after his promotion, isn't it?

As far as getting thrown out and arguing with umps, it's pretty obvious he is doing that solely because that was one of the biggest complaints about Randolph... he never argued and backed up his players.

Alou was hitting like .380 in my 2k8 franchise... not much power, but he can rake...

Not a huge loss... No one really expected him to play much anyway. The way I looked at it was anything he gave us was a bonus...

Delgado hitting is really helping the whole lineup and Tatis has been awesome too... we really need Church to get better to win the division though...

I've heard a lot bout the X-Man coming back, but I don't want to trade Martinez for him..
