I read this article in one of those girly magazines called "The gray rape" where girls get drunk and a guy starts to do his business but the girl says "no". For some reason the guy continues and she's too drunk/weak to stop though she has said "no". They were giving tips on how to make sure that the "no" you said was meant and heard and shit so they can take it to court.

I think they're right though, if a girl says "no" to your advances you should have the respect to stop, regardless if you're drunk or not.
