To have a fair test, they should have done all 24 permutations of drivers and cars. Or better yet, each driver could have piloted each car singly, and then times/speeds compared.

But yes, it is more fun/sensational to have them run together.

Saw one of these beasts on the way to work the other day. Very underwhelming driving by in traffic, looks just like every other run of the mill vette (though honestly I did have a big ass on my face knowing what it was).

not really. especially on test/tune nights, it's pretty rare for tracks to follow nhra/ihra rules in terms of tech. otherwise, they'd be losing a lot of business. as long as you've got a helmet and a hard top car, 90% of tracks will look the other way until you're well into the single digits.
