...but I don't have one of those fancy teapot like things... so I have a makeshift method. Not to be gross, but I warm up salt water in the microwave and then "drink" it from my nose a few times... until everything loosens up and comes out.

Now THAT is a nice picture... ... but damn if it isn't the best feeling in the world...

hahha i have a custom method myself... its a retrofitted drink bottle now turned nasal squirt gun....

but yeah its gross but it got me through both allergy seasons w/o a sinus infection for the first time in a while
