I think you're focusing on your personal opinions of both schools, rather than that of actual football status at the current moment. Outside of Raleigh, people only know that ECU is good and State isn't this year. So, other than a few idiot state fans, I think it's pretty obvious that it would be a GOOD win. I never said it'd be your fucking super bowl or anything gay like that. But a win is a win, and this would be a good one. A loss would be just another loss aside from the shit talking that you'd have to endure.

i for one won't expect a cakewalk on saturday. the only way i could see this game end up embarrassing is if state fails to score an offensive TD or is shutout for the 3rd time in a row by a Div 1A school. The whole country expects ecu to win this game so ncsu won't let anyone down but their fans by coming up short. If anything I think it would be more embarrassing for ECU to lose than NC State given the ranking, hype, expectations, bcs talk etc etc.
