i told them to give me the specs on the RR job.

they asked what was holding me back and i told them a mortgage and shitty market. i basically said that i'd be willing to relocate for an offer that would allow me to afford a mortgage and apartment rent in indy. i'm not completely opposed, just waiting to hear what their offer is. but it will have to be better than just decent.

i got health insurance now, 401k matching, 3 mile commute instead of 24, paid sick days, vacation days.
by far a better gig for those reasons.
