haha, nah...gotta have 12 hours from bottle to throttle. That was right after we flew across the Atlantic and landed in the Azores, on the way to Iraq. The Air Force takes care of you--they know you're either headed to Iraq, and it's the last beer you'll have for a while--or you're headed back, and you haven't had any beer in a while!


However, if you'll notice, I am double-fistin' with a Beretta and two 15-round magazines in my shoulder holster. Try THAT in the States. (Or don't, actually.)

Ehh, I've chilled out a lot over the last 5 years. I guess I'm still a lot more adventurous and aggressive than most people, but I'm a little less intense, and significantly less convinced of my own invincibility (it's amazing that I haven't broken more than one bone, had more than 150 stitches/staples, or been in more than 4 motorcycle wrecks. The fact that I survived my late teens to mid-20s is miraculous.)
