You could go to a flea market early one saturday morning and browse around. I find that's always a great adventure. Or you could drive out to the country side and stargaze, that's always a nice thing to do.

Along these lines, most art stores have start screen printing kits. You could try and make some shirts or something, I dunno. I thought about it when I saw them

Although it might be hard to find, you can try and find a place that lets you paint pottery pieces. My mom and sister love it (both are artists), when I went with them I made an NC State key holder plate. You paint one day then they fire it and you pick it up later in the week. Hours might be hard though.

If you two are still around in 3 weeks, check and see if any major cities near you/where you live are having First Friday, which is an art gallery expo late at night on Friday night in the city.

Third date went well last night, I took her flying after work then while at dinner we discussed horror movies, comic books, super heroes, and video games. So far she isn't exhibiting any signs of crazy. I'd say she's a keeper.

lol Stein I was already planning on taking her flying but thanks for the suggestion anyway. Unfortunately a thunderstorm got a little too close so we had to cut the flight short. I let her take the controls for a bit though and she loved it. She also discovered that she loves zero g's . I'll be taking her up for a complete aerial tour at a later date. As for future endeavors, she is working all weekend but I'm taking her dinner at work on Saturday.

And although having a pilot's license does help with the ladies you should by no means get one for the sole reason of impressing girls. It takes A LOT of determination and motivation. It's so worth it in the end. And it will help out a bit when I apply for the Astronaut Corps next year.

It's weird how things work out.

There’s this girl my friend is trying to set me up with. She facebook’d me the other day and we’ve messaged back and forth a few times, but haven’t exchanged numbers. She said she might be going out tonight and that she’d let me know if she did. The thing is, I don’t want to keep running back to my computer to check and see if she’s messaged me all night.

So my question is, should I ask for her number or just give her mine? I’d say something like, “I’ll be out somewhere tonight. If you end up doing anything, let me know. My number is XXX-XXXX.”

I know this is a pretty trivial thing, but I’ve always wondered how girls feel about guys giving them their number (instead of the other way around). Asking for her number seems kind of forward for some reason. Any thoughts?

Ah yeah, lol she apparently is moving away in September and taking a tour of the southeast. I took her flying that one time but we had to land early due to weather. We were planning on going up again a week later but she called me an hour beforehand and canceled, saying she'd call me back that night. Later that week she calls and says she's leaving town for good and didn't want to lead me on. I don't know if she's actually leaving or not, but I actually just happened to take a look at her Facebook today and there is a picture of her making out with some dude at a club here in town, so I doubt it.

It's cool though. I recently found out that a girl who I kinda had a thing for has liked me for a long time (despite her previously having a bf...) so we've been seeing a lot of each other lately.
