I've been unusually down for the last couple days, after having a GREAT time celebrating the new year (which was a nice surprise since I wasn't expecting a good night after events taking place the previous night). I am holding out hope for a good week, however.

I was depressed before I went out with friends tonight.

GOD, going to a good Irish pub with live music can turn your mood around 180°. So fucking fun!

Feel happier/better soon! I'll feel like shit again come sunday/monday, but for now I'm on top of the world.

It's the fact that at the end of the workweek, sometimes, you'll feel like you haven't accomplished shit and you'll feel like you're worthless and haven't earned your keep.

The weather isn't helping.

Again, roll five beers deep at the bar and sing some songs with friends. Fucking best cure for depression I've had in a while.
