IIRC 9's beat 8's like 55 percent of the time.

i mean no it isn't really an upset

but it is a lesser seeded team winning. so win win win? i don't care if they are evenly matched. people fill out their brackets and pick the higher seed to win like whatever % of the time (90%??!?). and a really high % of the time the higher seed DOES win.

plus i know a lot of LSU fans. seems like everyone is pulling for them.
