I'm definitely one of those kinds of people that if something is wrong, or I'm mad with someone, I'm going to confront them about it. Unless it's a really touchy subject, then I might just avoid it entirely and hope it goes away. If someone typically doesn't like to be confronted, then I would find some kind of positive to start with before you lay down the real issue.
