Skinner can be very good, but he can be very bad too. When he gets out of rhythm, his field vision goes to shit and he starts throwing INTs left and right. But if he starts out hot and stays that way, it's going to be a long game.

I'll add that Wake is leading the league in offense, so they can definitely move that ball. It's their defense, and especially their secondary, that's holding them back.

^ as far as optimism, i think too many of us remember that WFU has been a really good team/org for the last 4-5 years and a few bumpy games this year doesn't change that.

I think they are very very very similar to Pitt, but not quite as good along the OL or in the Def 2ndary or LB's.

If we can pressure Skinner, which i think we can, it won't quite be a blowout, but a big winning margin. However, the way the Offense is coming together and WFU's 2ndary, then it may not matter either way and we still win in a high scoring affair.

^^Well I certainly hope that's the case, but I believe the price drop is due to a lack of ticket sales in the visitor section that NC State "returned." we beat a much better wake forest team last year. This Wake team allowed a Boston College team who didn't get a first down until the 2nd half against Clemson to put up 28 points on them. Our offense should have a field day....and our defense, i think, is good enough to slow them down a bit

The list of QBs farther up was given as evidence that Stull and Skinner were roughly equivalent.

I pointed out that the Hawaii QB was higher on that list than both our QB and tim tebow.
