the one thing I'm mainly worried about is getting hot and then my make-up/face paint melting off >.< hopefully it'll be ok.. my shirt is light weight so that helps but sweatpants won't be fun in a hot bar

yeah its been uncharacteristically warm. Seems like in the the past few years, October has been mild, and then the last week goes into the 40s for Halloween

I, too, vote for warmer weather, Underarmor isn't that good for keeping me warm. Although the pants might get hot, so we'll see.

the weather report on wral specifically said "no jackets needed" so i'd suggest not wasting the money.

well, my costume otherwise is a single layer shirt, pants with legs rolled up, and sandles, so I don't think I'd be hot otherwise... and it would really help make the costume

I heard they are doing alot of costume contests down Glenwood South. G105 is doing the "Return of the Dead" event at Hi5, Bogarts, and Red Room. Best celebrity couple costume gets $500.
Cashmere is giving out cash prizes for the sexiest costume. I don't think I would qualify because I'll be the scariest . If you wear a costume, you get in for free up til midnight.
I know this is about Hillsborough Street but I thought I would pass it along.
