Uhhh. When you're dehydrated, it's a shade of yellow (how yellow it is indicates how dehydrated you are).

well my kidneys do hurt but i don't have jaundice or anything so i don't think anything is wrong with my liver

and no fever

i just pee a lot.

My point is that if you have any deviation from normal colored urine, don't just shrug it off. Brown urine has NEVER been a symptom of dehydration.

i mean it might have been very dark yellow almost brown. i thought dark urine was dehydration ?!

Brown. No. That's a more serious problem. If you can't tell the difference between brown and yellow, you have problems.

i've never had one before. but i thought it was supposed to sting when you peed? it doesn't sting but i'm peeing a LOT and not a lot of pee comes (versus all the water i've been drinking)

ugh sometimes i have this thing where like it feels like my heart is fluttering and i cough (it makes me cough/gasp). it only happens for seriously a second but then afterward i feel lightheaded for a few minutes (like how your head feels after you hold your breath a long time)

i don't know what it is but it just happened that is why i'm posting about it.

^^ i have a lump under the bruise that i got when i got hit by the car. i asked my doctor about it and he said it's probably going to be there forever. it was such a traumatic bruise that it ruptured some shit under the skin (yea i can't remember what exactly) and it'll be there but isn't a major issue. just annoying.

ok in this picture what is the white in the hip area that is connected to the IT band. is it still the IT band or is that just the part in your thigh?

cause that is what hurts from running yesterday!!! its not the tfl. i don't think anyway cause that is like more toward the front and i'm sore like right on the sides of my hips on both sides

its not hypochondria. i just had no where else to put it! and how does one stretch those muscles? i've never even FELT whatever that is before and all of the IT/TFL stretches don't really get it soooo id on't know what it is or how to stretch it but this shit is SORE.

look at me disease free for over a month

i have what i *think* is a swollen inguinal lymph node. just one. and it REALLY hurts and is REALLY swollen. of course i don't know if that is what it is. maybe it is a cyst/tumor/ovary

aids and syphilis are pretty much ruled out so i don't know what else it could be. i DID spend all day yesterday moving furniture by myself so maybe it is an inguinal hernia. but i thought that only happened in boys plus, i think you get nauseous and ish. i feel fine other than a constant pain in that area. no health insurance right now (they are taking FOREVER to approve my app, geez louise. SORRY I WAS ANEMIC ONE TIME) so its a waiting game. little science experiment. good times.
