well as someone who may or may not have undergone said surgery....I can tell you that you most certainly aren't supposed to be in the water or even in the sun...but you know....how unstaged would photos be if they were taken of her hanging out inside her room....

well, there's usually stitches right under the tip of the nose....and I don't remember why, but you do have bandages outside the nose there too....though a lot of the reason to hold in the packing...which it doesn't look like she has so it's kinda pointless.

Also...she shouldn't even be bending over, never mind in the fucking ocean.
