for someone who has been on TWW as long as she has, if she REALLY wanted people to leave her alone and stay out of it, she wouldn't have come back to keep posting and keeping the conversation alive. if she ignored it eventually people would have stopped talking about it.

That doesn't mean people SHOULD keep bringing it up, but she brought this on herself and if she really wanted it to die quickly she could have just ignored it and it'd probably be a non-issue already.

Yeah, pretty much. I, uh, know people, who completed their entire summer reading for senior english about a week before school started by using the spark note summaries instead of reading the books. It was a whole team effort thing of about 4 people, where one person would do two books and trade to get a third from someone else, followed by rewording the entire document to avoid suspicion. No two people had the same alotment of books.

I also hear they all went to NC State upon graduation.

She's right to think ill of her, I don't think anyone ever disputed that, but the absolutely malicious treatment of thumper the second she showed back up on TWW in her own thread is 100% what lead to this explosion on her part. If TWW (obviously not just Sam) didn't lash out blindly with such hatred at every opportunity, things like this wouldn't happen so often. People will say their behavior was justified against thumper but it simply wasn't.

Thumper was clearly never in the right and has acted like a selfish idiot on this forum, but she was driven to the edge for sure. It's sad and it should be a point of shame, but that's not how it will be treated.
