I don't know how NC works, but in FL, I could end up paying my ex $500-$1000/month even when we share equal time with our daughter. In many places, it has more to do with income disparity than anything else.

It's not that I want to harass the dude by any means, and I'm more offended by his shitty music, egotism, and bad child-bearing decisions than I am the repercussions that he assumably decided would be the best way out by. He's fucked, regardless of how you look at it. I am just morbidly fascinated by bad decisions people make that destroy the lives of others, and this is a prime example of human selfishness and disregard.

I'll add that in a different circumstance, I've written on a dead friends wall. I guess I did it to help me grieve, and as a way to show support for his family. Maybe these people knew both of them? And this is their way to grieve? Though I suppose that would be best accomplished through some sort of positive message for her and her family? But there's a definite target to blame for her death, so maybe they needed to get the anger out some how?

Its an odd reaction to an uneasy circumstance, when observed externally.
