It is? It's a qualified immunity bill that didn't make it through committee a few months ago. For the intent of the post what difference does it make if it is literally identical? The point was qual immunity was introduced and had little support, but now it passes.

Btw Elisabeth Epps is the director of the Colorado Freedom Fund, was on the police Use of Force committee for three years (until they shot her with rubber bullets), and has done more work to end qualified immunity than all Colorado Democrats combined.

More repugnant beasts throwing around a 70+ yo tiny woman. I watched the arrest video last week. Painful and heartbreaking to watch an old, tiny, peaceful women who CLEARLY has some mental issues (from the answers she is giving) being thrown to the ground and horribly manhandled by a manchildbeast and then assisted by 2 more, including a female cop. Atrocious.

But, if that wasn't enough, last night I came across the update, which is revolting:

And while the beasts were doing that, the woman was wailing in pain for 6 hours in the cell next to them, with none of her carers in the know as to her whereabouts.

Teacher called cops because 5 yo was singing too loudly in the classroom.

Both the teacher and the cop should be whipped and jailed. Oh wait, cops never get in trouble, and the teacher is probably white (boy is black), so nothing will happen.

I don't think I have read anything more fucked up than this. (aside from violent crimes)
