i contacted someone in the program to ask if they knew any details. apparently he "said to nearly every girl that he would make their panties stick to the ceiling," and basically had something to do with verbal sexual harassment with some of the girls in the class. i think you might have your answer if this is true, DK. this is only what one person said so that's all i know. the programs website seems like its pretty rigorous and they wouldnt tolerate that.

True, if there is a real person who gives a first-hand account of harassment (within a generous definition) then it's game over for any followup appeal or damages actions.

That said, a part of what Fire (7^) deals with is expulsion without any burden of proof. If an administrator just fabricated a charge to justify the conviction because the guy's mug shot was in the paper, then you could go somewhere with that. But that panties statement doesn't sound like something I could picture them fabricating, lol

DK id recommend you delete this thread and maybe your account entirely. you do not want a future employer to find this.

you need to get everything in order for yourself. you are clearly very book smart and intelligent, but your social skills pose a problem in the workplace. just get everything in order social-wise and you'll be okay. i don't mean this in a derogatory or mean way, im trying to help you. you have a lot of potential, that is blatantly clear.
make sure you make choices that don't ruin that potential of yours. let this mishap be a wakeup call. maybe you can still get back in if you prove yourself somehow. i would talk to them man. they cant be that heartless.

i don't picture you as a sexual predator. you are too smart for that. i just think you're extremely outgoing and maybe you said the wrong stuff. you said you are a sarcastic guy, they probably didnt catch onto that if you were being sarcastic.
