Duke won their Super Bowl on Thursday. They're 0-2 after playing State this year. Clearly they get too emotionally exhausted from playing us and aren't prepared for the next game.

I'm actually cheering for Duke right now...only because it will make UNC fans extremely unhappy if they win another one. And I really really really hate Kentucky right now. I would cheer for a Mich St/Wisconsin match-up, but I kind of want the ACC to come out on top.

the Big 10 really has their chests pumped out right now. i think the best mich state could hope for is to lose to Duke by 7 points or so and make it respectable for the papers. Izzo is 2-4 in this situation and 1-7 against coach K.

Nothing would be sweeter than Duke to take care of undefeated UK to win their 5th championship (tying ole UNC) and pissing those fans off for eternity. Then again, I don't see how UNC fans could fathom watching Duke and UK go for the either (tying them 5th and all with the coach they hate) or UK getting to 9 and them falling even farther behind. I still think it's cool we are on this list.

I can think of a ton of sweeter things than that; like for Duke to never win another title but still have one more than UNC after the NCAA vacated 2005 & 2009.
