Reich was a terrible hire to begin with. He got fired in Indy midseason and now got firred in Carolina mid season.

His firing though is not going to fix anything, the OLine is not good and we have no depth and lots of injuries. Bryce can't or won't run. Adam Theilen is the only receiver Bryce trusts and he is not a deep threat. We have no moveable assets so the chances of trading into the 1st round will require giving up future first round picks. No worthwhile FA will come in unless you grossly overpay MV. So this team is cooked for at least another season and probably more.

Yep. Needle didn't move in a positive direction at all with this firing. We're fucked on draft picks for probably the next two years to get solid OL and younger WR. You can't even rule Stroud as a bad QB yet when he is constantly running for his life.
Thielen was solid until opponents realized he was Stroud's only option and took him out of the equation.

His firing obviously won't fix injuries, but a big issue with the entire offense (and the line in particular) is the fact that Reich tried to completely change offensive scheme to something that did not fit any of the players on the roster. That's why everything fell off a cliff. It's not that everyone forgot how to football. Instead of playing to the roster's strengths, he tried to stuff a bunch of square pegs into the round holes of his supposed offense.

Also lol that Reich has been fired twice in 12 months. At least his Carolina coaching tenure lasted longer than his time as Panthers starting QB

There were some bad calls tbh. That RTP on Love was weak as all get out, meanwhile a worse one on Bryce by the Packers wasn't called. The catch out of bounds was bad, too. He didn't ever have good control of the ball and even dropped the ball at one point, but somehow they call it down b contact inbounds? Whatever.

The playcall to end the game was a bit dumb. 8 seconds is not enough time to get 30-40 yards downfield, line up, and spike the ball. At that rate we may've well as gone for an endzone shot.
