Definitely looked egregious in slow motion, but it was kind of a bang bang play in realtime. Melo had just gotten kneed in the head right before, so I definitely don't think he was like "oh I'm going to injure Bam". But they should have reviewed it when it happened and probably given a flagrant 1

I didn't see a good angle of Bam's face to gauge whether or not the knee to Ball's head was intentional. I don't buy the concussed/disoriented narrative by Ball. As he's falling, Ball has the presence of mind to look to his left and grab for a leg with force.
