It mentions about learning what Kates real crime was, which we learned in the previews for next week, but it also says "Locke and Eko discover something interesting in the film" What episode of the season was it that they watched the film? Sawyer says something to Kate while he is laying on the bed still sick, and I think it prolly has something to do with the Dr. her good friend from childhood, that she killed, well got killed while she was with him during a flashback of season 1. Thats really the only person we know of in her past that has died. I am thinking Sawyer says something that only her and the friend would know.
