EVERY grand jury in America that has been convened in a case of a cop shooting a (colored) suspect such as the white one in the video above has came back with no indictment. So evidently we as a society are just fine with cops killing "threats". If thats the way we are going to be, lets be the same for EVERYONE.

I was watching these ignorant redneck fucks on TV today since I am stuck at home sick. They definitely executed a "no knock" warrant at night on a house with a veteran known to have PTSD inside. (They were discussing this on the way to the raid) The guy fired one shot when they kicked the door in, they fired back 2 times, he quickly surrendered and they charged him with 12 counts of attempted homicide on an LEO.

The thing is they only had a warrant for his wife selling prescription pills (under a buy they setup with an informant). The guy had nothing to do with the drug sales, and as they hauled him off said he thought they were being robbed, he stopped shooting as soon as he seen it was the police.

I guess my concern would be since the warrant was not for a violent criminal why raid the house in such a way as to cause a violent confrontation? Why not execute the search warrant the in the daylight and announce its the police first? Would a few flushed pills be more of a tragedy than a cop killed in the line of duty or a homeowner killed trying to defend his home from robbers?

Not sure what happens with the guys court case but they were obviously dirt ass poor so I am sure his lawyer is not gonna be any Dick Deguerin type.

Good example of horrible parenting there. She calls the cops to help her take schizo son somewhere he doesn't want to go, and then she lets him keep a screwdriver to greet the cops with. It's hard to tell what's going on due to the camera movement, but it appears he was coming towards the cops as they were yelling at him to drop it since he's no longer in the door when the shots start getting fired.

Telling the cops "nah, nah, nah" while you approach them with a screwdriver and they're yelling "DROP IT" is not going to end well, no matter who you are.
