be on the project team for building a new plant

then after the plant is built, be the lead control systems engineer for the plant

now it sounds pretty sweet, but i feel like it may be a black hole job, and may be difficult to use it as a means of expanding my breadth of knowledge as a means to get to where i want to be in 15 years.

instead, im starting to get the feeling if i take it, i'll still be in the same spot in 15 years, even though the commitment is only for 4.

busting back into corporate from operations seems to be kinda difficult
