Can anybody give me any tips on how to become good at the campaign? I'm relatively new to Modern Warfare and I'm getting my ass kicked. Most of the time I just get shot and I don't know where that shit is coming from. I'm definitely struggling with the easiest difficulty and I can't even imagine how somebody would beat it on the hardest mode.

Use cover a lot...make a habit of either crouching or lying down as opposed to shooting from standing straight up...try to position trees, vehicles, walls, whatever between you and the enemies...take your time

for single player, just play with tactical sense. Advance from cover to cover, crouch a lot, throw flashbangs or grenades or use supporting fire when moving in the open. Also always shoot from your iron sights, spraying is not effective, use short bursts, always keep something between you and the enemy so that you can go prone if you start taking hits, use your teammates when you can, i.e. don't be pointman except when you have to because you'll take the brunt of all the ambushes

you have to be doing something really really wrong if you can't get through singleplayer on the easiest difficulty

Mastered the M21, ACR, and M41A last night, was up until 5:30am doing so haha...so that makes a total of 5 mastered weapons with the M16 and AK47.

^ you may want to prestige before you master the weapons. You get additional titles and fancy emblems when you master weapons after prestiging (sp?).

yeah, I only have all the camos for the AK-47...the M16 is the next most with everything but the fall one...and the other 'mastered weapons' only have like blue tiger or red (which ever one comes first)

That was a lot of fun last night though...we were undefeated I'll be on in a bit for the rest of the night probably since i'm off tomorrow to go skiing but couldn't go due to bad road conditions between here and DC.

Yeah I think we won like 10 or 11 games in a row? We definitely didnt lose more than two or three games over 4 hours. I remember one game we lost had a ridiculous amount of lag in it.
