My god, that's a shitty way to end a work day.

I spent seven hours standing in the sun, already at eight hours and forty minutes for the day, then got told that somebody went to my boss's boss's boss and completely circumvented us and the people who were responsible for something by providing my boss's boss's boss some information that is supposed to be furnished by an entirely different party.

Basically, tomorrow I get to get shat upon (in the most polite way possible) because some hot shot decided to send some completely unsupported information to my boss's boss's boss, which trickled down to my boss's boss, who then confronted me about it (the issue here is that my boss isn't in to back me up, so the most I can do is say "yes sir, I will try to figure out what happened").

It's just a god damn shame that I've got to start off the week like this. I'll be drinking a lot this week.
